The Sunday prior is called Palm Sunday which marks the arrival of Jesus in Jerusalem, and several churches begin the celebration in the late hours of Saturday through a religious service called Easter Vigil. Many people also decorate their homes for Easter with chocolate bunnies, colorful eggs, and flower and lily bouquets.
